About Us
Buddy Parham, Founder and President
Buddy has over 30 years of community development and health and human services experience. Prior to establishing the Parham Group, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of two foundations in Mississippi and Georgia. After receiving a master’s degree, Buddy worked in municipal government administration and community/ economic development. He is a graduate of the Covey Leadership Center in Provo, UT.
Matt Parham, Vice President
After receiving his business degree at Mississippi State University, Matt joined Parham Group in 2014 as a surveyor for Region 8 Mental Health Services, evaluating a project for Division of Medicare and Medicaid. He has since represented The Parham Group in the development and administration of numerous program evaluations and grant implementations
Dr. Hwansoek Choi, Consulting Partner
Dr. Hwansoek Choi, holds a PhD in Applied Statistics, is a professor in the Department of Public Health at the University of Southern MS, and serves as a lead investigator on numerous research projects. He provides valuable statistical insight and data management, collection and analysis support on many of our evaluation projects.
Linda Ross Aldy, Consulting Partner
As a long-time consulting partner with the Parham Group, Linda brings meaningful experience and a keen knowledge of state government program initiatives. Her consulting work through the Parham Group has included leadership development, succession planning, staff recruitment, team building, advocacy training, and survey development. She has been an advisor and presenter for the MEC’s Leadership Mississippi program and has trained and coached thousands of State Employees in her role as a faculty member and trainer with the Mississippi State Personnel Board.
