Strategic Planning

Our process for guiding an organization with developing or revising its vision for future success and identifying a plan of action that moves them toward that vision or goal includes:

  • Assessing the current status of the organization’s governance, management, finances and operations
  • Identifying external and internal trends that will impact the organization
  • Collaboratively confirming the true mission of the organization and identifying goals, objectives, strategies, and action steps needed to accomplish that mission
  • Collective (board and staff) organizational review and input
  • Preparation of a final written document that captures and shares the intent of the organization, where it is, where it wants to be, and how it plans to get there.


Succession Planning

To have long-term success, nonprofit organizations need a transparent, planned, and seamless transition of leadership. Through a facilitated process and knowledge transfer process, the Parham Group team will identify unique targeted strategies for mentoring, coaching, training, and education opportunities that focus on core competencies required for key leadership positions in a changing environment. Desire and capacity of key leaders to make the transfer of knowledge and potential candidates’ core competencies that fit with the leadership needs of the agency.
